  Super polite and friendly staff, Toni took my order and was super kind and patient when I didn't know what I wanted. Overall, just super nice! The food was good and it was busy but they were still quick with the order!

  Food was delicious but man the staff there isn't the usual friendly and cheerful bunch you find at most Chick-fil-A restaurants. If you visit, don't expect any salutations, smiling faces, or assistance. Employees act as though you are bothering them if you place an order. It's pretty whacked ,<exclaimed face here>

  I recently had a very disappointing experience at the Chick-fil-A location inside DTW Airport involving an employee named Aaliyah. I understand airport restaurants can get busy and stressful, but the way I was treated was completely unacceptable. After placing my order, Aaliyah initially told me I would need to wait about five minutes. I patiently waited, but after already waiting around 30 minutes total, she cleared the rest of the line and then informed me I would need to wait another 10 minutes for my food. At that point, the situation had become ridiculous and extremely frustrating. Because of the excessive wait time and lack of communication, I politely asked for a refund. Instead of handling the situation professionally, Aaliyah responded with attitude and disrespect. She threw my receipt at me rather than simply handing it to me, which I found extremely unprofessional and rude. That was the moment I told her her behavior was “clown behavior” because no employee should treat a customer that way. On top of the poor customer service, I have also experienced ongoing issues with this location being “card only.” This is now the third time I’ve visited this Chick-fil-A where I noticed attempted charges being made to my card even when I did not complete a purchase. Thankfully, I keep my card locked, so no money was actually taken, but it is still very concerning and frustrating to see attempted charges showing up. What makes it even more suspicious is that the attempted amounts are random amounts like around $13, while my actual orders are usually closer to $15 or $23. At this point, it’s no longer just about bad customer service — it’s also about customers feeling uncomfortable and concerned about payment issues. I normally enjoy Chick-fil-A and expect better professionalism and accountability from a company known for customer service. I hope management seriously looks into both the employee conduct and the repeated payment concerns at this location because this experience left a very negative impression.

  Honestly this was probably the most disappointing chick fil a I have been too. I got my order taken with an attitude that they could care less and even the team member yawned and asked me to repeat my order. I asked for condiments and they gave me one that was exploded. I understand this job can a mentally draining sometimes I worked at chick fil a for 5 years. But this was unacceptable and low standards.

  ​I visited this location last Thursday(April.30th) around 11 AM before my international flight. I specifically asked the staff if the menu was the Chicken Sandwich, and the employee (a female at the register) clearly confirmed that it was. ​However, what I received was a Breakfast Meal Sandwich, not the regular lunch Chicken Sandwich I ordered. To make matters worse, it came with Hash Brown nuggets instead of the Waffle Fries. It seems the staff just pushed through a leftover breakfast menu even after confirming my lunch order.
