- NWNicole Werling1 day ago1.0Writing this review as I sit in line wondering why I continue to come back to this location. I’m better off driving to the Roseville location. I could be there and back before I’m even out of line at this one. Poor service and their method for their drive thru makes literally zero sense. Definitely not coming back when the Roseville location exceeds in every way.

They are extremely rude for no apparent reason AND they close early every night even if you order online when you go there they tell you they can't make your food and to contact customer service for a refund. I doordash so I come here often and stopped accepting orders here because the workers ruin my day every time I go there. They are straight up mean and rude
- WWWhitney WApr 30, 20262.0worst CFA location in SE Michigan and I’ve tried them 3 times. on my first visit, I had to wait 15 minutes for an order that they’d marked “ready”. second, the chicken was tough & not cooked to their usual standard. third, a manager didn’t want to fix the tiny portion of fruit in my yogurt parfait & instead told me to pay for more. I went to the app & it gave me a free parfait, so I ordered it, and there was larger pieces of fruit. If you care about consistency & expect the usual CFA experience, you won’t get it here.

I sat waiting for someone who said they were going to help me and after 4 minutes I said hello and she said to give her a moment. I told her I was a mobile order and was able to pull forward. Don't offer the mobile drive thru at this location!
