  10/10 experience every time I come to this CAVA location in Detroit. The food is always fresh, the restaurant is clean, and the atmosphere is welcoming, but I especially want to shout out the manager, Jada. She is incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customer experience from the moment you walk in. Whether she’s greeting customers with a positive attitude, making sure everything is running smoothly, or ensuring the drink station is fully stocked and refilled, she consistently goes above and beyond. Great management truly makes a difference, and it shows here. Jada creates an environment that feels organized, welcoming, and customer-focused. It’s rare to see that level of consistency and care these days. Highly recommend this location.

  Standard Cava Excellence (Just add a soundtrack) I had a layover in Detroit, saw CAVA on the map, and honestly felt a surge of pure adrenaline. These bowls are so good they practically feed my Turkish soul. I built a masterpiece: lettuce base, tzatziki, lamb meatballs, roasted red pepper sauce, and baba ghanoush. My mouth was watering so hard while they were putting it together I’m surprised I didn't short-circuit the credit card reader. The girl behind the counter was incredibly sweet and polite, and the whole place was spotless. My only note? It was so quiet in there you could hear a piece of arugula drop. They need to throw some background music on to alleviate the "library line" vibe. Other than that? CAVA absolutely crushed it, as always. Never disappoints.

  Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Every dish exceeded expectations. The service was outstanding — attentive, friendly, and welcoming the entire time. The staff truly went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and appreciated. Exceptional food, exceptional service, and an exceptional team. Highly recommend! Thank you again Jada!!

  CAVA quickly became one of my favorite places in Detroit. I used to live in Dallas and went to CAVA all the time, so I was impatiently waiting for them to finally open a location here. It absolutely lived up to the hype. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and customizable, and it’s one of those places where you can crave the same bowl over and over without getting tired of it. The ingredients taste high quality and the portions are great. The staff can be a bit friendlier at times, but overall I still highly recommend this location and am so happy Detroit finally has a CAVA.

  My experience at CAVA was absolutely incredible. I have been meaning to try this place for a while now, and was very satisfied to find myself loving everything here. The atmosphere is very clean and inviting. I felt comfortable sitting with my boyfriend at the indoor seating. The environment is spacious and aesthetically pleasing. The food was so very delicious. I found myself obsessed with the bowl I created, and my boyfriend loved his bowl as well. They had so many options to pick from, and I loved how fresh and delicious everything was. Finally, the service was top-notch. We were greeted kindly by the staff, and they made us feel welcome and respected. Jada helped us specifically. She was so kind, helpful, and professional. We had a mix-up with our order yesterday, and she was happy to help us fix it. This was the best experience ever and I am definitely coming back! 10/10 experience.
