This place needs to be closed down. 2hrs wait with less than 20 customers inside. Waited 1hr to get in, reason was for short staffed. YOU HAVE A DOWNTOWN DETROIT LOCATION HOW CAN YOU BE SHORT STAFFED. Everybody looking for work downtown.Employees walking around willy Neely. Once inside waited 40mins for food with waitress every 15mins saying food will be out soon. Said just give me the bill for the drinks and I'm out, another 15mins just for the bill. See ya. No reason to ever go back. I've been to plenty BWW's loaded with customers and food was always surprisingly faster than I expected. Just poor management at this location. Close it down if you can't provide proper service.

Unfortunately this location has severely went under. I think people are still using Covid as the excuses.
Manager was a good dude. But the server we had (with red hair) was absolutely unbearable.
- Instant attitude when we were seated.
- No refills on drinks including water. She was not attentive to paying customers.
- Forgot to bring drinks.
- Forgot to bring one persons food all together.
- Fries weren’t fresh.
- Asked us to grab the drinks off her serving tray.
- Asked the newly sat table to wipe their own table off after placing the towel on the table.
Completely unprofessional and probably won’t visit this location again.
One of my buddies paid with cash and she didn’t even bring back his change.
I know this attitude doesn’t represent the location as a whole but this was a horrible experience.

This was an absolute waste of time. Our server ashley had an attitude from the second we sat down that was instantly off putting. We ordered our food and some drinks. We never got the drinks and she never came back to check on us. I had to flag down another server that didn’t even come over to us. The other server instead called our server out from the abyss where she just came over and dropped off the check when we actually wanted to order more food and get our drinks that never came (which were still on our check). When I told her that we didn’t want to pay for drinks we never got, instead of apologizing, she just loudly sighs. We were already annoyed and decided to just pay the tab after she took off the drinks. Just to add one last insult to injury, there was an automatic gratuity. If they are going to automatically add a tip then at least give good service.

Kelli the server that worked night shift was the worst server I have ever had. This location needs to revisit their hiring process. Kelli did not do anything except drop our food off. She offered a refill and never brought it. She didn’t bring my appetizer after I asked for it twice to be brought before my meal. Once we paid the bill she accused us of dining and dashing. The manager John wouldn’t even offer as small as a 5% concession when I asked. The most aggravating part of my experience was that this store forces you to pay 15% gratuity. Our server didn’t deserve a dime and she was rewarded for poor work. Buffalo Wild Wings Corporate should be ashamed of this location. John not only refused to discount my bill but was very smug about it. I see where his employees get it from. Not a good example for the servers. All in all I went out to have a good night and might as well have been laughed out of this place. Don’t bother replying to my comment with any corporate lingo. Just fix your problem at this location and hire competent staff.

You could expect the bare minimum from BWW in general but this place certainly sunk so much lower! My family and I came in to meet up for a younger family member's birthday. What should've been a celebratory day, turned into a nightmare that began with the server (Bailey) denying us water and an opportunity to order drinks. Two out of 12 people were still finding parking and Bailey told us to wait until those people had arrived, even after it took 20 minutes for them to get there, she was at least decent enough to let the children have water but she did not serve the rest of our party. The first step of service is drinks, so that made no sense but she was firm about not allowing us to even receive water. Secondly, our "server" asked each guest to repeat themselves after every item that was requested. I am hard at hearing(many concerts in my day), but even I heard everyone's order, even at the end of the long table. It felt extremely passive aggressive and my family is very patient and polite. I had half a mind to speak to the manager but after learning who that was I decided not to because he was dressed very unprofessionally and did not think he would care. Eventually it was my time to order, I declined and went to the bar where I was treated very nicely and left a decent tip. My conscious could never have let her have any of my money. There was no sense of hospitality at the table and my family still didn't get all their waters or drinks until the food arrived. The two stars is only because the bartender was gracious and followed the steps of service. Don't go here even of you're getting desperately hungry.
