I place a mobile order, the digital rewards/coupon doesn't work, whatever!!
App asked me to check in at stall when I arrive which I did, 10 mins go by and I call store to ask what's taking so long. They say that stalls are closed and there's no sign saying so. I was asked to come in or go to drive thru, anyway I went in and the food came in pretty cold and the manager came over and told me it'll be more wait if I wanted it remade and I accepted it trying not to be difficult with him and they were busy.
I come home and see my triple patty burger was missing a pattie and it was 1.55am at night. I called the store and explained the situation, the manager "Abe" and another manager said that only way I can be put on a remake list is if I bring my burger back within 2 days. Why? It's company policy because it's Fast Food.
That's the biggest rubbish I've heard, I told them that I won't be eating there in 2 days but maybe in future so put me on a remake list and he refused just saying company policy. I would recommend you to avoid this place.

By far the WORST customer service ever! Rude employees and even worst the manager. (Oohlah) ordered a mobile order, th Girl with red braids who refused to tell me her name after she dumped both my milkshakes all over me and my car when she brought out my order with no straws or napkins. I asked for them, and if she knew which milkshake was what because they weren’t marked and one had peanut butter in it. Which I needed to know which one that was. She rolled her eyes at me when I asked for napkins and refused to remake or get her manager as I was cleaning myself off and my car out. I had to order and PaY for one new milkshake I couldn’t bring myself to pay another $16 for 2 milkshakes. I decided I was wearing enough of mine and just get my husband the only thing he requested. When I had to call and speak with the manager oohlah she was rude. And asked what I was calling for if I already ordered a replacement. I just wanted her to address it with her staff to be more careful. I wasn’t even asking for the drinks to be remade. But now I’m out $24 and $100 to get my car detailed. All because of careless rude employees.

Placed an app order, arrived, posted the parking spot & an employee asked if I placed an app order if so, what did i order? Duh, I entered the spot number. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger & cheese fries. The burger had facken not bacon. The app needs to specify turkey bacon.

Ordered an RT44 cup of ice and this is how I received it. Just got home and it's starting to storm.
Could be due to mishandling or the fact that they have rat traps outside. Either way, I won't be ingesting anything that came in that cup.
I suppose they couldn't see the cup was damaged before they filled it.
