  Order two fish sandwiches with extra tartar. Both didn’t have it. I decided to eat anyway so I don’t have to wait in a line again for $1 worth of tartar. Then dropped one on the floor and had one left. I returned back and placed an order for one sandwich with extra tartar. Got to the window and showed the lady the other sandwich and that I don’t have extra tartar. She agreed and called a manager to assist me. I told the manager exactly what happened and he said I can only replace one sandwich and not the other because you already ate half of it. No your suppose to replace one sandwich that got cold from your mistake and credit me for the tartar that I paid for the other sandwich. He decided a whole argument infront of two ladies was better for him. So I told him to make the same whole order and I’m gonna pay for it twice to show him it wasn’t a scam or any bs. He took my money again and my sandwiches that I returned REHEATED one of my sandwiches and gave me another with extra tartar. He gave me the same sandwich I already paid for and I know because it was hot and didn’t have extra tartar and the new one from the new order was warm with extra tartar. I paid $17 TWICE and gave me back the same sandwich I paid for the first time. This is getting reported to corporate and I’m going to post the video from my dash cam.

  Zero stars. They change over from breakfast to dinner, and dinner to breakfast way earlier than they should. DO NOT come here around the change over time. I wasted an offer, plus plenty of gas by placing a mobile order and driving to the location, only to be told they will NOT make the food I ordered. They would not restore my offer so I could use it at another location, and the customer service is closed. F this location.

  This restaurant is absolutely filthy from the front door to the dining room room to the bathroom with its overflowing trash and no tissue. Terrible representation of the company.
