    WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE! It was early morning, everyone had a "hello" and a smile and they were all like "how can we help you?" They took time to bag everything nicely and made sure I was good on all utensils and napkins. It was so refreshing. I'll be back. Thanks Einstein!

    had pre-ordered 9 sandwiches for a corporate office meeting today, but only 7 were included in the order. Unfortunately, this created an awkward situation during the meeting since two attendees did not receive their food. Since the order was placed in advance specifically to avoid issues like this, I would appreciate if you could look into what happened and help with an appropriate resolution/refund for the missing items.

    Elaine took my order and made my bagel in perfection. The staff was very friendly, the store was remarkably clean and my transaction was very smooth. I’d recommend this location to everyone, impeccable service and friendliness.

    As delicious as these bagels are I’m pretty disappointed. I ordered half a dozen bagels with cream cheese. They came sliced horribly. I don’t know how you slice a bagel so bad. I couldn’t even toast them if I wanted to. Pretty disappointed.
