  Food is decent. Got my food about 15 minutes before my coffee. Bit unfortunate if you want to have something to drink while you eat lol. Tables counters a bit dirty. Overall would come again probably for pickup

  I’ve been coming to Einstein Bros. Bagels in Dearborn for a long time, and every visit reminds me why I keep coming back. The customer service here has always been outstanding. The staff is consistently friendly, welcoming, and genuinely appreciative of their customers, which makes a big difference these days. No matter how busy they are, they always seem to keep a positive attitude and make sure everyone is taken care of. The food is always fresh, the bagels are great, and the overall atmosphere is comfortable and inviting. One thing that really stood out recently was for Mother’s Day — they gave out free heart-shaped bagels, which was such a thoughtful and creative gesture. Small things like that show they actually care about their customers and want to make people smile. It’s hard to find places that maintain this level of consistency over the years, but this location really does. Great food, great people, and great service every time. Definitely one of my favorite spots in Dearborn, and I highly recommend stopping in if you haven’t been here before.

  I went an hour before close thinking I'd pick the last few of today's bagels. Instead, Elizabeth served me hot warm fresh bagels straight from the oven. I've never been more delighted. Even if the lot is full of cars there's no wait. I also like their flavored cream cheese and the orange juice.

  Had the All Nighter which was delicious and the Strawberry Banana Smoothie which was a bit sweet for my liking, so just alright but not really a typical smoothie. The actual eating area atmosphere was nice, but the bathrooms were surprisingly kinda gross..and had a horrible urine stench in each. 😬 Service was great! No complaints there, everyone was kind and attentive.
