- HHHananSep 6, 20261.0I am extremely disappointed with this Dunkin. They constantly mess up orders and seem to completely ignore instructions. Whenever I ask for no ice or less ice, they either give me a full cup of ice anyway or don’t seem to read the order at all. Then I have to waste my time going back through the drive-thru and asking for my drink to be remade. Don’t even get me started on the hash browns. Almost every time I order multiple orders, something is missing. If I order four orders of hash browns, I somehow end up with only three bags. On top of that, the drinks are often not filled properly. The drive-thru line is always long because orders constantly have to be remade or corrected. My most recent experience was ridiculous. I ordered a drink and specifically asked for less ice, but they gave me the wrong amount of ice anyway. I had to go back and ask for it to be remade. When they brought it back, my cup was not even full! Apparently, asking for “less ice” means paying for a full drink and receiving less of it. That is absolutely ridiculous and feels like a complete rip-off. The customer service from some of the employees at the window and drive-thru has also been terrible. They are dismissive and make you feel like you’re the problem for asking to receive what you actually paid for. It is not the customer’s job to repeatedly check every item, go back through the line, and ask employees to fix mistakes that should not have happened in the first place. I paid for my order and did not receive what I asked for. This location seriously needs to improve its customer service, start reading instructions, and make sure customers actually receive all the items they paid for. The constant mistakes, missing food, improperly made drinks, and long waits are unacceptable. I honestly do not understand how they continue to get so many orders wrong.
