I have ordered delivery two days in a row now and both days my orders have been wrong I tried to call the shop directly but it goes directly to voicemail and said the voicemail has not been set up yet. I've spent a lot of money and want to speak to the manager or owner. Dunkin itself is my favorite hot coffee ☕ place and usually whenever i order from their Plymouth location it is Perfection! Now that I'll be spending significant time near the Dearborn location, I'd love the same experience. I was optimistic today was a new day and they'd make my coffee ☕ correctly but they forgot to add the flavor and equal. Luckily i have equal here but now its gross tasting without the raspberry so I'm mad. I've been wanting a hot coffee my way since 5am but on Grubhub it shows not available for delivery until 6:30, even though on Google it says its a 24/7 establishment. I've been a loyal customer for years and this puts a bad taste in my mouth 👄 literally

It doesn't cost too much to hire a landscaper to maintain the property. Otherwise, the coffee was good. It would be a nice atmosphere to drive through the drive-through and have it be clean, not look deserted.

After politely asking why couldn’t I receive my goods in proper packaging the employee told me that I would have to order 25 or more! That’s outrageous, the employee also shared with me that the owners and his supervisor will not allow him to serve proper packaging for smaller portions and that it’s been that way for 6 months. I never felt less of a customer to spend money on food and for it to be thrown in a Bag like garbage. This will be my last time spending money at any Dunkin Doughnuts!! I wouldn’t recommend this location to a Dog! This is what customer service has come to in this country. If Dunkin’ Doughnuts continue to cut corners customer will find better coffee shops especially in this area Dearborn offers premium coffee with more options an exceptional customer service!
