We specifically asked for our pizza to be well done, and it still came out undercooked and not prepared the way we requested. When we politely asked if they could simply put it back in the oven for a few more minutes, the staff refused and were incredibly rude and dismissive. What made it even worse was the way we were treated. The attitude changed the moment they saw we were in a Canadian car, and from that point on the behavior was cold, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. We were polite the entire time and only asked them to correct their own mistake, but instead of helping, they acted like we were asking for something unreasonable. Customer service like this is unacceptable. If you can’t handle a simple request respectfully or fix an obvious issue with an order, you shouldn’t be in customer service. Very disappointing, very unprofessional, and definitely not a place I would recommend.

When I mentioned it the manager just said “oh”

Order placed at 4:08 out of the oven at 4:19 what i disnt expect was for it to be in “quality check” for over 45 min before i got the automated . delivery call. Called the store and spoke to Christian, who could have cared less. He LIED and said my food was not made on time so it would be fresh, assuring me the “tracker” is grossly misleading. Pizza showed up 10 min later by a LOVELY driver who provided me the actual reveipt showing it was done and sitting on a shelf since 4:22pm. The pizza is cold, cardboard ish and unacceptable. Christian was rude and uncaring, stating “if he let every customer know they were running behind, he would never get anything done” good money poorly spent at this Dominos and a genuine lack of customer service.
