  Overall experience with Taco Bell and the app was disappointing. The app is not reliable and customer service is unhelpful when issues happen. My order was missing items, and instead of properly resolving the problem, I was only given a code and had to follow up multiple times. Even after requesting a refund, I was told it would take 5–10 business days, which is frustrating since the payment was taken immediately. The whole process was inconvenient and not user-friendly. Better service and faster issue resolution are needed

  I got a crunch wrap supreme w extra beef. There is no beef. And items were missing. I don’t think they’ve ever gotten anything right

  This Starbucks is the worst in the area, I only come here when I’m visiting my parents and get hungry on the drive. The staff is incredibly rude and will ignore you. They’ll pretend you’re not standing in front of the register before even acknowledging you. They’ll even lock eye contact with you, and if you try to ask a question, you’ll be met with an attitude. I can’t tell who the manager is because everyone acts like a fool. My parents used to take me here in 2021, and it was always a lackluster store. I don’t know if the same manager has been in charge since then, but they need to replace the entire staff. The food isn’t anything special, and the customer service is terrible. You won’t leave with any good memories or fun moments. Every time you come here, you’ll think, “Is this worth the food this experience!??
