We walked in, ordered our food, and I went to wash my hands while my little cousin waited for our order and watched them cook and prepare the food. While he was standing there, the cook turned around, nodded his head toward my little cousin, and said something to the other guy like, “Why are these two guys watching us?” They then proceeded to look at my little cousin like he was doing something wrong, when he was literally just standing there waiting for the food we ordered.

Simple enough. I get my delivery and to my surprise there’s 2 burgers and a SMALL fry. So obviously I have to go to the store (which literally defeats the whole purpose of getting it delivered) just to get screamed at by one of the employees in the store. Mind you I’m coming in chill to let them know I’m missing some food. I was accused of using DoorDash which is not true I showed him the app and still kept getting yelled at and on top of that he kept saying he wasn’t liable and that it’s not their problem. I called my granddaughter for help because my English is not 100% (hey I’m the one typing this out for her) and while on the phone he decided to change his attitude and get to cooking the burger that was missing and the fries too. And we know how expensive it is to not complain about missing food be so fr. 42+ $ to get yelled at. Granddaughter pov: Overall the service was horrid and inexcusable so unprofessional and it’s so disappointing to me because my grandmother - an older woman comes in to be helped gets yelled at ????? I hope he gets extensive training on customer service.
