  A tall skinny like lady had a attitude fixing my food, I asked for extra steak she closes her eyes and breaths heavy like I was a problem I didn’t like it, you had a girl in the back on her phone not helping out . It was just crazy and I understand fast food can get crazy but the service was 0/5

  If I could give this location zero stars I would. In what world would it ever take 30 minutes to be handed an order in the chipotlane? Mind you the order has already been placed. I could order it an hour prior and still have to wait a lengthy amount of time to receive it when I arrive. I don’t know what’s going on in the world of customer service nowadays but y’all need to get stuff together immediately.

  The managers interviewing new people to hire when the ones they have aren't doing anything and I think there was 15 or so. You can't preach customer service and then do the opposite. Soda machines were out of syrup and she looked at me and said then it's out. What??? Are you serious?? What kind of an establishment are you running? To top it off the food is extremely salty. Do better

  This is the ABSOLUTE WORST Chipolte ever. In fact, because of this experience, I have reported them to the local health department who will be conducting a surprise evaluation of the facility. It is messy and dirty. I am afraid to eat anything from here. My driver waited over 45 minutes for my order. That is right 45 MINUTES for my order. Only to have it look messy and disgusting. 🤢 Do yourself a favor and head north on Middlebelt and go to the location at Middlebelt and Schoolcraft. They are clean and get your order done right!

  This Chipotle location is always either understaffed, dirty, or both at the same time. We went yesterday because Panda was out of supergreens/beef broccoli. The lobby/dinning area was trashed. The tables...dirty, drink station...dirty. And their girl taking orders made it very obvious that she would have been anywhere else and I was annoying her.
