- HRHannah Richez5 days ago1.0I am here on 8-27-26 all of their reviews are still true. I came in and there were people standing around. They did not even speak to me. I had to get mad and ask them. Is there someone else that can take my order? Because they were just ignoring me. It was dirty and they were out of a lot of stuff at 3:30In the afternoon. I will never visit this location again. And I hope they close down soon, and turn into a qdobas.

First employee ignored me when I said hi, and the other didn’t say a word or even look at me when I tried to order. She just looked down and continued “cleaning”. Straight up cringe. Didn’t even let me order……I ended up just leaving.

I watched managers and employees just ignore me talk about video games, Harry potter etc.. until I opened my mouth. Then they put the most clueless brown skin kid with glasses on my order it took him 20 mins to make a single bowl. The tiny Asian girl made 3 orders right in front of me while I waited for the slowest person I've ever seen in my 4200 orders of door dashing deliveries. That kid needs to be fired ASAP, this ruined my entire day that was great until this pickup!!!!!! These workers have 0 empathy for customers!!!! This was super unacceptable, I could of made the order myself 10 times before they could. I literally felt invisible standing there!!!
