    This location should be ashamed of themselves making that young lady Jocelyn work all by herself with no help as the other employees weren't doing anything. She tried her best with everything that was going on. Manager was no where in sight. Horrible management team here. Doesnt matter if you guys just opened the lack of compassion passion you have for you crew is ridiculous. Don't waste your time here at all!!!!!! Keep your head up Miss Jocelyn your customer service was amazing and I appreciate everything you did for my family ❤️

    Absolutely horrible experience. Worst part about this I ordered online and picked up in the chipotlane. I waited in the cipotlane for 15 minutes in the blistering heat. Due to this inconvenience I was late for a very important meeting. Chipotle lost a customer.

    I would give this location 0 stars if I could. Beware the digital pickup lane. Absolutely terrible experience. I placed a digital pickup order for pickup at 8:20 p.m. and ended up trapped in the pickup lane for over 20 minutes behind a single car because the lane is blocked by pylons with no way to exit. The store didn't answer the phone, no one acknowledged the delay or apologized, and my food had clearly been sitting the entire time. When I checked my food the bowls were ice cold, the guacamole was brown and had large chunks of the skin from the avocado in it, and the chips were stale. Staff blamed being short-staffed but made no effort to move the one waiting vehicle to one of the designated pickup spots so the line could continue. A brand-new location with a completely broken pickup system and zero customer service. I won't be back.

    Food was good just a little less warm than I expected by the time I got back to work. I waited 15-20 minutes in the store for a pickup. I specifically stated that I wanted to pick-up the order in store. Order was supposed to be ready by 3pm. I arrive at the store at 3. Waited 5-10 minutes for my food thinking they were behind or something. Went to the front counter and waited for a worker no one was coming to ask questions, I asked the worker who was in front stocking forks to look for my order and she told me “give me a minute”. If you can’t take your time out of your job to serve customers which is your #1 priority then you need to get another job. After it took her 3 minutes to fill up the station she then looked for my order that was just sitting in the drive-thru lane the whole time. Mainly I just want my order sitting on the shelf when I choose pickup and not have to go through the hassle of asking every time for my order and where it’s at. The workers need to figure out the difference between drive-thru pick up orders, and the difference between in store pick ups. Real only problem in the customer service and the workers.

    Had an order “ready for pickup” at 7, and they didn’t even begin to actually make my order until exactly 730. I waited nearly 50 minutes from the time I ordered my food, which is unacceptable for a fast food establishment. They ignored everyone’s order for pickup and only prioritized people who were just coming into the restaurant. Someone who had came in 5 minutes after me got their food first. Do not waste your time here waiting for your food.
