  I stopped by for the first time today; 8/22/26. I was hesitant since they’ve opened because of the reviews that I saw. I’m very picky about my bowls and didn’t have time to deal with the drama that people have been describing. There were two black girls working at the end of their shift. One was making my bowls the other checked me out. Very smooth and attentive process even though they both were about to get off. She made one of the best and most well prepared bowls I’ve ever gotten. The cashier checked me out quickly, grabbed the extra bag I had requested… but I had left without my chips and didn’t realize it. I had my toddler with me and she was asleep when I pulled back in. Both of the ladies were leaving work and I told them sorry to bother at the end of their shift but I didn’t get my chips. The cashier went BACK into the restaurant and grabbed them for me. This location has a customer in me and I thank them both for their impeccable customer service.

  Tried this Chipotle cuz its new and way closer to me omg worst idea its already known not to order Chipotle online cuz they cheap out but this was insane I ordered a 9.35 salad like where is the salad part no where does it state im.getting spinach #1 and.no where does it day 5 pieces of it either. Then I got there ssid my.name.she said I dont see it here does ur name start with a C or S like obviously if my.name.is there thats mine If rather drive a bit to the other one

  Ordered a burrito, they were running out of chicken and there wasn’t much left on the line, the employee gave me a small baby scoop of chicken when there was only like 4 pieces left so I nicely just asked him if he could just put the last of it on there. I didn’t get a double portion it was a standard sized burrito that you would see at any other chipotle location. I bit it one time and the entire thing unraveled. I tried my best to re wrap it but it just ripped and basically got to the point where it was just a ruined mess. I politely asked them to remake it and the girl working the counter rolled her eyes at me and walked off, came back and said the manager was coming to talk to me. The manager walks out already with a confrontational energy like he was ready to tell me no before he even saw the food. He tried to school me on the burrito basics by explaining to me like I was 5 that when I order a lot of stuff on a burrito then it’s not gonna wrap well. Mind you I didn’t order alot of anything he probably overheard me asking that guy to give me the last 2 pieces of chicken and used that as a basis of saying that it was my fault that the burrito was a sloppy mess. I just walked out to spare myself the frustration of speaking to a brick wall. -side not asked them if they had the spinach instead of lettuce they told me they didn’t have any and I asked if they had honey chicken which they also didn’t have and when I came back 5 minutes later to have my burrito remade they had both, bunch of teenage employees who look like they were hitting wax pens in the bathroom with terrible attitudes.

  Hours say close at 11 but multiple times I’ve came and they close at 9:30 or 10 pm this is an absolute joke I will not come back to this location and will stick to the Allen park location. Also workers look like they hate their life and give horrible customer service very rude and slow at getting things done. Do better better, Chipotle. I was excited about a new location opening closer to us. Don’t recommend this location to anyone

  Placed an online order via app. Mt food arrived timely but my co-workers rejected received a tortilla that was raw & the main issue was there was roasted corn salsa all over my salad, which I didn’t order. I believe the person who made the order realized it was incorrect & tried to cover it with guac (I’ve never gotten THAT much guacamole without paying for an extra serving). I drove to return the salad & have it made as I ordered. They gave it back to the person doing online orders & she added salsa verde this time…which I did not order. I tried calling the store once I saw the salsa verde but never got an answer. I’ll be returning this salad after work today & if I do not get a refund & proper apology, I’ll come back to update this review. This is a new store & so far, it’s HORRIBLE!
