My husband stood at front counter for over 5 minutes waiting for ketchup, as the rest of our food got cold. When the McDonald's burger came and brought us our food she was not warm not welcoming not smiling. What a way to get rid of customers

I stood by the counter for around 5 minutes and many crew members saw me, but never went to help me. I felt disrespected and wish I got the condiments I wanted with my meal.
