  I rarely leave reviews but I’m fed up. I have been getting the Stromboli for a few years now and it was better than anywhere else. The last few months it has always been overcooked and much smaller than before. Even when I ask them repeatedly not to overcook it, it is still black on the bottom. Plus the price has gone up while the quality and size has gone down. I’ll take my money elsewhere.

  I received a flyer in the mail from guido's,I like the menu and the menu selections, my daughter courtney is part owner of village station in columbiaville and i asked her about guido's. She said she heard it was quite good so I had a plan.My daughters were coming over courtney and kaylee, so I ordered my pizza eighteen hours ahead and paid for it over the phone for pick up at five fifteen this past saturday, my girls weren't late picking it up and when they arrived at my home with the pizza , I was highly disappointed It was quite obvious to me that the Pizza was cooked.Fire ahead of time and put under a heat lamp, the crust was dry.The toppings were dry and the sauce had little taste Having been a strong manager for hardee's back in the eighties and a store manager for rite aid up until two thousand seven I fully realize that the first visit should never be the worst visit, so what will return to triguid again. I also want to say that a sponge , your wheel on your website and one of ten dollar off coupon , but was never able to use it because your website is not user friendly. On the bright side, your associates were very helpful in making sure that my Pizza was ready for pick up so the\n Customer service in terms of helpfulness was a 100%. Positive.

  My pizza sucked 😔 cheese and toppings fell right off .I'm never ordering from them again. Bread sticks weren't even cooked all the way doughy as hell my son spit them out said they not cooked mom.

  We like the pizza but is never cooked enough. We order well done to try to avoid this and still is doughy. Not sure what yhe problem is but I think that we've tried it enough at this point.
