  Went through the drive thru 9/18/26 @ 519pm. Dominik R. was working and this young man was SO polite & pleasant…..good hire Arby’s, you’ve got yourself a wonderful employee!

  We go here regularly because we live locally. I have NEVER had my order made and served correctly without having to remind them it’s wrong. They are constantly forgetting things. One day I got a French dip and got COLD WATERED DOWN AUJU! Gross!! Most of the time they simply forget. This specific time we ordered an extra auju for a sandwich we got, did not receive the auju, as usual. We called, manager said she’d remake the order for us. We got all the way back up there and they refused! Horrible service, horrible staff. And the girl who works the drive thru is extremely rude! We will drive 20 min out of our way from now on to make sure we NEVER waste our money at this location again.

  I was unaware that Arby's got rid of burgers all together so heads up. We got shakes, like you do, they were not filled up all the way to the top like there is an inch missing. We got smalls and half of the thing is freaking whip cream. Fries, cold. They also didn't ask if we wanted sauces... Also WHY THE HECK AM I PAYING $40 FOR FAST FOOD!! It was just the two of us and we didn't get that much. The people also were so quiet on the drive thru mic it was incredibly difficult to understand what the lady was saying. I don't understand the plague that has taken Davison fast food establishments but I am over it. I will not be back. At this point I should probably call corporate but honestly I don't see the point because nothing has every come from me doing that. I should have just said never mind but I was starving and didn't want to wait at another place.

  I usually only eat at an Arby's when I have coupons. I went in during a slow time with a coupon, and they refused to honor it, stating it was a corporate coupon and that this store was a franchise store. They had honored coupons in the past, though I don't know how to tell whose coupon it is. Needless to say, I will be going to other Arby's now.
