  Employees: cinder block feet. Slowest location in the area. You don't get what you pay for because the employees can't count. Then service they'll bring them out when there are more. They clearly forgot. Food: cold tatters. Whomever is monitoring the fries needs to learn how to read a timer. My friend had a bad drink from the machine. He poured it out & got something different. There's a rug that I stepped on that just gave me the ick. SERIOUSLY!? That validates how poor this location is doing. The management is too lazy to throw that rug away & replace it. A RUG is what like $20? How are y'all so blind to that rug in the dining area? What is wrong with the management here? I fully disagree with the average 3.9 stars. This is the worst Arby's in the area. Other locations if I'm supposed to criticize them... Maybe a restroom handle replacement with as much use public restrooms receive. This Davison location needs a lot of help. There was a customer that left while she was in line because of cinder block feet efficiency of slow. She didn't have the patience for that & was probably on her lunch break. Again this Davison location needs help.

  Had a coupon for beef and cheddar, told the girl I had a coupon when I ordered. Was in line for 10 minutes another 5 minutes at the window for her to try and figure out how to put my coupon in. She finally ends up saying she can't get the coupon to go in. Like I'm just going to say okay just charge me $11 something instead of $7 and something. So I canceled the whole order she says just a minute. Then comes back and handing my money. WTH Total waste of my time, and the people behind me

  Pulled in drive thru was asked to wait , not a big deal they had three at the windows in front of us ! We waited and waited until the final car was gone thinking they’d finally come take our order ! WRONG ! Had to head to big John’s 🤘🏼 keep up the hard work Arby’s 😂

  SCAM ALERT. Be careful they will accept orders even after theyre closed online and they will just take ur money. Went in with proof of order being placed after close and they told me they DONT DO REFUNDS IN STORE ANYMORE*** Gave me some shady number to call where some guy named fred will tell you he will issue u a refund and now nearly a month later never issued the refund. Literraly scammed by ur local arbys. If u care about the security of your miney and debit cards i would steer clear of this place
