  Waited 8 minutes at the second window after getting my drinks to receive any food. Dipping sauce was missing, no napkins, both medium and small fries were filled not even half way and burnt, and a whole chicken sandwich was forgotten. More than half of a very simple order messed up after waiting almost 10 minutes.

  The to go line is rediculously slow! And always backed up! Morning and noon and anytime!

  Croswell management needs to retrain their employees, went through the drive thru and gave my code, no answer on the other end to say they got it, I get sometimes they get busy but thats no excuse. Please start training your staff right when working the drive thru.

  First time at this location, I ordered through the app a two cheese burger meal at the drive through. After a longer than usual wait they handed me my coke and bag of food. After inserting the straw into the lid of the drink it made a mess because of being iilled. The dring was warm because it had Very little ice. The fries were nice and hot, however little if any salt. Now for the 2x cheese burgers, the burgers seemed old with cold cheese and Luke warm burgers! Did not eat the 2nd burger and tossed the coke. You guys can do better than this!
