  Already having a bad day so i decided to make it easier by making my last stop this Sonic. I decided to park and make a mobile order for pickup, I specifically requested no onions because I am ALLERGIC!! No tomatoes and light sauces so I didn’t have to worry about my bun being entirely soggy, I got my order and left. When I got home I saw they added tomatoes which was irritating because now it infact was more soggy, I was too tired and hadn’t eaten since this morning so I just took them off and started eating, that’s when I noticed my throat swelling up and getting itchy. They put onions and seemed to fully ignore ALL of the requests I made. I had to use an EpiPen. Thank you sonic.

  If I could give this place zero stars I would the hospitality and service is extremely terrible. I had the window slammed in my face today at this location by the female manager and that made me feel unsafe to the point I threw away my food because of the terrible attitudes from all the workers. From the window the inside looked very unsanitary and looked like a health hazard and u can tell no one is washing their hands properly because the guy that gave me my drink hands were filthy like he was playing in dirt and had drug/needle wounds and bumps all over his hands and arms they really need to do better when it comes to everything like seriously ☹️

  Normally no complaints but the lady who took my order was very rude! Shouldn't be in customer service if you cant talk to the customer politely!

  I don't have any comments on the food but whoever is working the mic on the stalls today at 10:40 am Sept 20th is extremely rude for no reason I asked for crinkle fries and she was snotty about the fact that the only fries you guys have and if that's the case that's fine but I don't have a Sonic where I'm from so I didn't know this and her attitude was unnecessary it's 10 am the work day barely started she needs to fix her energy before coming in or find a different place to work cause that's horrible customer service. Period. Her name was angie
