  The Sonic in Comstock Park is always a fun stop! Their shakes and slushies are consistently delicious, and we love taking advantage of the half-off specials. You can either pull into a stall to order and enjoy your food right there or use the drive-thru for convenience. The rotating seasonal flavors and specialty items are always something to look forward to and make each visit a little different. Friendly service and tasty treats keep us coming back!

  Expect to wait at the speaker box for at least five minutes before you can order. Expect to wait another at least 10 minutes for your food if nobody else is in front of you in line, if anyone is in front of you, get comfortable sitting there. Even if you check and ask what comes on their burgers at the speaker box, they’ll still put the wrong condiments on it even if you order it just how it comes. The Alpine location is a running joke in my family - every time we go we try to guess what they’ll mess up on our order and every single time it’s at least one thing.

  Would give ZERO stars if I could. ALL I wanted to order was a drink before I went into work. That’s it. Just a simple stop before having to be up all night. But did that happen? Did I get my drink? NOPE! Why? Because I sat there for almost 20 minutes and NO ONE even ATTEMPTED to take my order. I waited and waited in the car pull up ordering area, pushed the button and patiently waited, I sat there for over 10 minutes when I FINALLY started wondering if I was in the wrong spot, cause no one even said “Be with you in a moment” nothing. So I walked up and asked an employee, who was VERY rude and short with me about a simple question of if the machines were working or if maybe there was a wait time, and she announced loudly it was a “Headset issue” and stormed off back inside. I even made yet ANOTHER attempt to order my drink and stood there for ANOTHER 10 minutes before finally leaving almost in tears because I was exhausted and all I wanted was my redbull drink. I left disappointed and I’m sad to say I will NEVER be going back to this location. You’re literally better off ANYWHERE else. Do better you guys.

  Placed a mobile order at 6:03pm. Arrived at the restaurant shortly after 6:15pm and followed mobile pick up instructions. I pulled into the mobile pick up area and checked in via the app. Waited for 35 minutes because I knew they were getting busy before pulling into the drive-thru and asking if they do mobile pick-ups and if their check in was working. Needless to say the drive-thru worker was not very kind to me and responded with “okay whatever” and walked away. When I asked again if the mobile checkin for the app works and stated I’d been waiting for about 40-45 minutes now. Will not be going here again due to poor customer service.
