  This is just for the company itself here I drove by your restaurant that's all I did and Google wants me to review it because I drove by it. I've eaten at Sonic once matter of fact it was open for 2 weeks when we did that was a long time ago. Not a fan of eating in my car so I've never gone back. But remember Google is really not helping you if they're asking people who only drove by. So the rating I gave you was from many years ago The food was good then.

  I dislike Sonic food but the group I was traveling with chose the place to eat lunch. Hot dog tasted like it had sat awhile and fries very greasy. The person taking our orders had trouble understanding us. The person who brought the food out was sloppily dressed.

  For a fast food place, this was a great experience! We've always loved Sonic, but we haven't been in many years, and only in Texas. This is a Michigan location, and has a drive-in style option. It was delicious food, friendly, courteous service and wasn't too busy for 3pm in Grand Rapids. Our new fave place here to brave traffic for 💕

  Anytime I try to place a mobile order either at this alpine location or Wyoming location none of the stalls work. Now my question is if you guys chose to be that lazy and offer curbside pickup why upon arrival make customers wait in line. That displays laziness upon customer service. Additionally I don’t know if the circumstance is shortage of employees but that is something management should genuinely look into if it’s causing a concern upon multiple orders within the last year. This is just unacceptable coming as you guys only have 2 locations within the west Michigan area.
