  We planned a surprise Retirement Party for my dad in Perrin’s Loft and everything was so great! Kelly, the manager, made it such an easy, stress free experience from the beginning. The Loft, itself was the perfect space for our group. It was cozy and away from everything else that was going on in the taproom. Natasha, our server, was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I don’t know how she took care of us all on her own, but she was on top of everything, and even learned everyone’s names. She was friendly and kind, and kept a smile on her face the whole evening (despite probably actually being a bit stressed). Our pre-ordered food order got a little messed up, but Kelly made sure to make it right. Overall, it was such a great experience! I would absolutely book another event here and recommend it to others.

  Had a small party upstairs at Perrin. Kelly was the coordinator for the event. Kelly was very helpful in getting the event scheduled and set up for us. However, we have reached out to her a few times since the party and she has never responded back. We had a set amount of appetizers and they went above what we had orderedl We have everything in writing but to get someone to respond back is a challenge. Other than that everything was GREAT! Had a fantastic waitress by the name of Natasha! Great time.

  Considering all these positive reviews I’m guessing our sad lunch was an anomaly but I don’t expect we’ll be back to test that out. Food was decent though a little lackluster for the price. The service was bad. No water refills, no second drink orders, no check up on if our order was correct (it wasn’t). Stopped eating once all the glasses were empty hoping we could get some water. Eventually someone brought us our bill so we just packed up what was left of our food and finished our meal at home.
