- CKCorey Kenney3 days ago1.0Let me preface this review by stating I don't normally go out of my way to complain, but my interaction today was atrocious. I frequent this dunkins as well as my significant other. Sometimes daily. Usually the service is great and the people are kind and friendly. This morning around 10:30 AM the blonde girl with glasses working the drive through was arguably one of the rudest employees ive met. I placed my order and the last item I ordered was a dozen donuts. Normally thats followed by 'did you want assorted or did you want to pick them?' Today it was followed immediately by the total and then silence. I was cut off before I could even state I didnt want assorted. I tried to say 'uh hello' after my total was given and got nothing. I drove up to the window and waited a minute and this young lady came to the window with a box of donuts and then stuck her hand out. I politely said 'Im sorry to be a pain, but I didnt want assorted.' She replied with a pretty snarky 'well then you should have said that we could have written them down.' My reply was 'well you cut me off before I could say anything else.' To which the reply was 'well you could have waited there.' I again said 'I tried to get your attention, but I didnt hear anything else after the total.' To which she so intelligently replied 'Well nobody moved your truck.' No shit Sherlock. I politely told her I was all set and to have a great day. Im a business owner and I would NEVER speak to a client of mine like this. Immediately trying to pawn the blame off on me and act like I accosted her in some manner for wanting the bare minimum in proper customer service. Rest assured. My significant other and I will not be returning to this location and I will do my best to inform everyone of my current and future clients that if customer service is what they're looking for to pick a different business. If you hate your life and your job that much don't take it out on people coming through the drive through. Try working on yourself so You're not miserable to people who have done nothing to you!

The amount of mistakes this store makes is ridiculous. 9/10 my order is made incorrectly and all I order is a Vanilla iced latte with cold foam. Nothing special. Today when I picked up my order, I received a spoiled iced milk drink with no coffee or vanilla in it. I’ll give another Dunkin location a chance, but I will not come back to this store. Do better.
