  This post is probably worthless seeing as management hasn’t listened to any of the other horrible reviews, but here it goes. I have been to a countless number of chipotle’s and this location is by far the worst one I have ever been to. It’s very unfortunate because I live 3 minutes from it and I drive to the one in Novi instead. The staff always acts like they hate their lives and the customers, they take forever to do anything, and they give small portions. They always have an attitude and never provide good customer service to their customers. No matter how many people are in line we still wait 20-30 minutes for our order.

  Arrived 30 minutes after they were supposed to open, and the door is locked. Standed outside the door with multiple other people for at least 5 minutes as we watched a woman bag chips inside, and when somebody eventually came out they rudely said "we're only taking mobile orders until 11:30" without any explanation and then left.

  I would give this place a 0 star if I could. I’ve ordered a meal and catering and they can’t get anything right. I’m not sure if they don’t read the order or what. My large bag of chips to serve 4-6 people was the same bag you get for a side order and they put a sticker on it saying large. And I never got my queso as part of the BYO chicken order. I called the 1-800-CHIPOTLE to get my refund on my catering order. That was the only thing that made it better. This Chipotle should be under new management and staff. It’s a shame that they are allowed to stay in business like this.

  Terrible the slowest service I've ever received in my life. Been there twice hoping things would change but nope! By the time you get one order it's a good 15-20 minutes without having anyone in front of you. Just going through the steps. Do not go there

  They gave me wrong items on a pickup order. The outside cover says my name but the contents are different. What's disappointing is the response I got from the delivery person on my second trip. She was very rude and doesn't seem to care about the mistake they made. No apology and no regret about anything. The store is also filthy. I am not going back even it's in my neighborhood.
