  Service is absolutely terrible . Kelly who takes orders via phone is sarcastic when asking basic questions and the employees inside the store are dismissive and rude Will Never order here again.

  We normally love Chipotle, however the last 2 visits (1 here and 1 at the wixom location) were both messed up. The last one was missing items and pretty flavorless, but the one tonight beats that one out. We got two burritos, and instead of getting the two we ordered we got two of the exact same burrito. We also were not super impressed with the flavor again, and I got a big piece of stem in my side of guac. On top of all that, the service was TERRIBLE. Two different employees came by the drive up window several times, looked right at us, and then walked away. Literally could see our bag sitting right in the window. Customer service is never helpful, whenever anything goes wrong I never get them to fix anything. And yes, I've tried several times over the years. I have tried to get a refund for an online order that a store let me place when the store wasn't open, no refund. I tried another time to get a free item put back on my account that I had ordered but not received, never got that either. I'm not really feeling like this one would be any different and I'm not gonna try, but I think the company has gone down a lot in the last few years. At the very least, I definitely don't plan on going to this location again.

  Wish I could give it a zero. This place is brand new and whoever owns could not care less. Stopped here 3 times in the past two weeks. First time: no cheese. Second time: one employee serving, one cooking and a huge line out the door. Third time: no rice and no chicken. How do you open every day without enough food or employees and continue to open again the next day? Novi chipotle is 15 minutes further from me and I will drive there every time before I stop here again. Can’t stress enough how poorly this place is taken care of.

  Restaurant clean, counter attendant “Shawn “ welcoming and pleasant. Ordered Chicken Bowl with brown rice, beans, veggies, corn, tomatoes, lettuce, cheese and sour cream. Grilled Chicken flavorful and delicious. Entire Bowl with fresh goodies appetizing and satisfying. Shawn went out of his way to locate Smoked Chipotle Hot Sauce for me. He went out of his way for another customer as well. Very nice young man. Excellent lunch. Thank you…

  I hate to sound rude but this location is genuinely the WORST location in michigan. I could prob find a better one in Detroit. I am always waiting in line for atleast 10 minutes. I understand if it’s busy then yes 10 mins is fine. But they aren’t.. the workers walk around aimlessly like they don’t know what they’re supposed to do. NO ONE acknowledges you EVER. Barely looks at you when you’re ordering. It’s outrageously expensive it’s so dirty here and I’ve seen some dude on his phone while cooking the food. Idk what happened to let this store get so horrendous but it either needs to be shut down or the entire employment needs retraining. I will literally never go back here. Also chipotle donates money to ICE. Have a great day.
