I usually don't eat at fast food establish but on occasions my schedule gets hectic, and I have to grab something fast to fuel my day. You get what cheap you paid for and from here is cheap quality customer service. What to expect when you go to an establishment with low-quality staffing. I have visited this commerce location several times over the past 2-3 years and the service is horrible. The staff there have bad customer service mannerism. They do not greet you, and they act as if they are mad to be working. It is unorganized. Every time I make an online order, I always have to wait another 20 minutes post to be ready time frame to get the order. This is going through drive-thru and inside. Very rude and very professional. With their attitude I wouldn't want to eat from them. You eat from happy establishments, not from the hands of angry struggling workers.

Orders are not ready when the app says they are and the staff don’t make any attempt to acknowledge you while you wait for something that is supposedly done. I waited 20 minutes to get my food that was reportedly ready for me. I have no idea if it was sitting someplace or if it had just been made. It was lukewarm so I have to assume it had been sitting out. The dining room also had tables that were dirty and needed to be wiped down.
