  They can't seem to understand that some customers skip the first window or the fact some people just pick up mobile orders for people without knowing whats on it.

  These McDonald’s employees are so rude. Several times now, the person taking the order doesn’t get my order correct. Then when I get up to the window and I don’t get all my food and I say something about it, they literally make you go around in the line again to get your food that you ordered, but the gal on the speaker doesn’t put it in correctly. The little rude girl tells me I didn’t pay for my fry in the most snotty tone, which I say I’m willing to pay for it, but I specifically said meal. She then gets the manager, who says to me you can’t just go around? And I tell him I’m not going back around, you’ve made me already do that in previous visits, I’m already at the window. When she finally handed me the bag she gave me the snottiest look and barely reached her arm out the window. When I worked at McDonalds, it was service with a smile and the customer is always right. Not in today’s day and age. They really should bring back kind customer service.

  Went thru the drive thru and had a large order. They pulled me up to await my food and were out within minutes. All the food was accounted for and fresh! Thank you to the staff for the efficiency!

  Not only did I have to go back around and ask for fresh fries because the ones they gave me were stale and cold when I get home my quarter pounder had regular size patties on it which would be fine if I hadn’t paid for the bigger size laziness.

  The morning managers there are lazy as heck they don't make their employees do their job they don't greet customers at the front counter they just stand there looking at you like you're stupid how long till it's an area supervisor or a store owner steps in and does something about this store they constantly leave customers hanging
