  What happen to the freaky fast motto? It takes an hour to get a sandwich and they never have a delivery driver available, always get stuck with an Uber delivery that takes forever. I dont see this place staying around much longer so disappointing.

  Three pieces of roast beef is double the roast beef then OK but three is hard to be doubled. They were very slow. They were messing up all the orders. I was in there for 15 minutes. I ordered with no lettuce no tomato

  Was not greeted when I came in. (I was the only customer in the store and had an online order.) I asked for our cups to get drinks. They pointed for me to get them. I let them know they were out of root beer. No one seemed to be concerned over that. I didn't bother to tell them they were out of ice. I get to the car and realize I don't have my chips. (Any other location I've used, gets those for me.) So back in to the store I went. Where again I was not greeted. I told them I didn't have my chips and again it was just implied that I help myself. (The staff was not near the register and again, no customers in the store.) My sandwich felt light, but didn't think much about it. No tomato and hardly any turkey. I love Jimmy John's. This is my 4th time at this location and every visit there has been something wrong. I will not be back.
