  I stopped in last night after doing some school shopping and it was the fastest I've ever gone through the drive thru. I normally have a decent wait time going through but that's okay Bec I know my food will be fresh. What stood out was how nice the service rep was. Unfortunately, I didn't get her name but I do know she was returning to work after having some time away. She'd explain she was relearning the board and new items. I didn't mind the explanation as she was apologizing for being human where most drive thru people severely lack. She had a smile on her face and genuine. I ordered my usual chicken swiss which I'll say was not the best sandwich I am accustomed to getting here. I, also, tried the steak bites which I will not be ordering again. I understand it's a fast food establishment so what would I really expect from this. I got what I thought I'd get but that's ok, my son loved them. The bites were very tender but lacked flavor. True to today's trend, they were very pricey in comparison to size. Even though I wasn't a fan of my food, the lady in the drive thru is why this visit gets 5 stars. She was appreciative for having a job and didn't come off as automated as the machines unseen behind the counter. I work in customer service myself and sometimes, I feel, the workers are less human than AI or just hate their jobs in general maybe. Sometimes it's not the food but a warm genuine smile that gets the recognition. The Shirley Temple wasn't too bad either.

  1 at time trying both the steak bites and chicken salad sandwich. The new steak bites were absolutely awful, terrible, save your money unless you like extra well done, overcooked, tough, shoe leather, chewy, burnt, extra charred, tiny pieces and overpriced steak. Was like eating a dried out nugget of saw dust. The 5.00 chicken salad sandwich was just as bad, very, very dry, claimed the bread was toasted but only on one side lightly. Toasted to me means both sides! Very small portion of the chicken salad inside too. Nothing like the pictures advertisement. Arby's has the meats not worth buying.

  Stopped at the Arby's 'drive-thru' in Clio on the way to the airport. Had we had time, we would have returned each one of our orders... there were 4 of us. All of our food was cold... not Luke warm, absolutely cold and old. Including the fries. Worst I have ever had from an Arby's. We all crossed that off our list to not return there.

  Very good experience at this one. Respectful and takes time with customers. Great job. Keep up the great work also let's you know if their is a better deal with mix orders
