Wouldn't have come here if my workplace hadn't bought us smoothies. Being able to go no-sugar is fantastic, more places need to offer this. I don't particularly want a fist full of added sugar in my food if I can avoid it otherwise. Wraps are good, maybe a dollar overpriced for what you get. The quesadilla was a bit on the small side. The jalepeno corn was excellent. Sweet potato were mid, hard to get presentation right on those in a side to-go cup, but they tasted fine. I've never had a problem with a wrong order, some people are unlucky I guess. I'd say this place is #2 overall in the meijer fast food strip.

They don’t listen at this location. I asked for an island green twice with passion fruit puree added to it and the first time I watched him make it he put strawberry in it and I watched him do it. I said I think you put strawberry in here and I asked for passionfruit. He proceeds to point out what he put in it and it was red. I thought does that look like passion fruit to you? I literally get the same smoothie every time I know what it looks like…it’s yellow!!!! I brought it to his attention and he remade it only to again not add the passionfruit puree. I had somewhere to go so I couldn’t wait for it to made again for the 3rd time. That puree is a $1.00 more to be added and I paid the extra dollar only to not have it added in my drink which I am very upset about. It was also a lady in there before me and she had been waiting a long time for her order only to have it just sitting on the counter and none of the employees noticed. When she got upset the employee told her “we are busy right now”. Mind you it wasn’t that busy. It’s a bunch of young kids working in there that don’t care about getting the orders right and that’s a shame because these smoothies are costly for them to be messing up people’s orders. I don’t like this location and I’m pissed I paid a dollar more to not have what I asked for added twice. I won’t be returning to this location.

I had a very concerning experience at this smoothie shop today. I found strange solid items (over 13 items in the first quarter cup of smoothie) that were definitely not supposed to be there. When I brought it to the employee’s attention, I was told it was “just ice” and that it would melt. However, I placed the item on a piece of cardboard and after 20 minutes it still had not melted at all, clearly showing it was not ice. My boss said It is more like plastic, it only melted with a lighter. What bothered me most was not only finding the mystery objects in my drink, but also the dismissive response instead of taking the concern seriously. Customers should be able to trust the cleanliness and quality of what they’re being served. I hope management looks into this issue and improves food safety and customer service.

Shift change at the hospital at 7am. You would get so much more business opening at 6-630.
