  I made a online purchase and sat at the stall for a hour got my food and it was cold and slushy was melted. Then the manager said I better hope he didn’t spit in my food. Never go here.

  Disgusting. The tater tots were cold and the breading on the chicken was falling off. Absolutely disgusting. Went in the garbage immediately! Never going back! Look at all the bad reviews on here. This isn't a fluke....

  came in the drive-through and I had four mobile orders. The guy at the speaker told me to not place mobile orders because his kitchen is overwhelmed. I’m not sure what they’re doing back there but every time I come here it takes me about 30 minutes for one thing it’s insane. Get more kitchen workers idk. they’re mad because they have to do their job. if you don’t like your job that much then just quit.

  On the way to a doctor’s appointment for my Mother-in-law, who is diabetic, we swung into the location at at 40257 Groesbeck Hwy in Clinton Township, MI because her blood sugar was tanking and it was the closest food establishment. I had eaten at Sonic several times at other locations, but not this one and my MIL. Had never eaten at Sonic before. I had praised the food because it had always been good. When we pulled into stall #6 and pushed the call button, nothing happen for 7 minutes. Other cars were pulling into other stalls and were being attended to, so we decided to go to the drive thru instead as time was a factor. At the drive thru we were informed that they were aware of the problem with that stall. After ordering we drove away to get to the doctor’s appointment and my MIL began eating right away. After a couple bites I looked over and asked how it was. She showed me the sandwich and expressed how displeased she was. I saw the sandwich and was appalled. The chicken was burned, there was hardly any lettuce and the bun was flat and smooshed looking. She could hardly chew it it was so poorly made. She decided to settle on a few French fries but gave up on those as well considering they were also subpar. Overall a very disappointing experience and considering similar reviews from 3 months ago, we will not be returning to that location.
