  you guys deserve a kiss on the mouth they put their heart and soul into my grilled cheese and twisted flamingo with strawberries (they were not stingy at all)

  THIS PLACE NEEDS TO TRULY BE SHUT DOWN. MY ONION RINGS WERE COLD N SWEET LIKE CAKE, MY HUSBAND’S FRIES WERE COLD N BURNT, CHEESES WAS BURNT LOOKED LIKE PAPER, OUR BURGERS WERE BURNT & LOOKED LIKE SOMEONE MADE THEM BLIND FOLDED. I DO NOT WANT TO HEAR YOU WILL PASS THIS ALONG TO THE RIGHT TEAM I PAID 32$ I WANT MY $ BACK. NO CHERRY OR LIME IN MY CHERRY LIMEADE. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SONIC EVER

  The guy with the long ponytail gave me the nastiest attitude I’ve ever experienced in my pregnancy for no reason at all. I enjoy this sonic and usually have a really good experience with the girl there. I took a little time with no line behind me or anybody in front of me to order a large sweet tea with raspberry and wanted to see if I could make it a slush. Guy didn’t even answer my question and rang me up wrong so i got to the window and politely asked if he got the correct order and for some reason he started shaking and had to hold himself back from having a temper tantrum 😭 Of course i gave him an attitudes back but he’s lucky I didn’t say more. Came back cuz my tea was good and i wanted more and put it past him bc maybe he’s just having a bad day and after waiting 5-10 mins in the drive thru to tell him my order he tells me he can’t hear me and then proceeds to tell me they’re out of tea for the night. I’m writing this at 10:58. I try to be kind to everybody especially since I’m growing a kid and that energy was just unacceptable.

  I ordered it Sonic on their mobile app. I drove in and went to park at one of the stalls, half of the Stalls don't even work, and after waiting for 15 minutes for my food, I pushed the button and asked if they had my order. The response I got was" we get a lot of doordashes and mobile orders your order will be out to you when it's ready". If they don't have the staff to man the stalls, they shouldn't have them. I watched multiple people pull through the drive-thru. I should have went that route. The rudeness was unacceptable, but understood, as it looked like they had far too few staff.

  Ordered 2 drinks along with 2 jr bacon cheeseburgers. Once delivered, my daughter opened her burger up to absolutely no patty on it. Just bacon ketchup and mustard. Nothing more. Burger is literally in the name, yet received no burger on either. Called.. and the girl tells me "he's a seasoned chef and she doesn't think he'd do that" so now I'm a liar. So I go up there and she tells me her boss says I have to go through door dash even though I ordered through sonic, not door dash. I felt bad for the girl but still. Fix your mess up.
