  My dog is getting put down today. Obviously it’s very hard. All I wanted was to get her a pup cup. I told this information to the person in drive thru and he still refused. I worked at this location about 3 years ago, and never turned down a pup cup order. I don’t know what in your policy says you can’t put some whip cream in a damn cup, especially for a paying customer. Whatever, we got one from Tim Hortons and my dog is happy, no thanks to this McDonald’s Location

  Ordered large refresher lite ice and they dont fill it up if u get light ice! Like what...clearly I get lite ice for more drink. Very sad!

  App wasn’t letting us order using the deals but the manager made it happen and gave us free drinks. Thank you!

  I used the ladies bathroom before ordering. The one and only water faucet, in the lady’s room, was malfunctioning and always on. Management told me that they were waiting on a part. So their solution was running the warm water 24/7 until the part arrives. To keep the health department happy. This is wasteful and could very well affect the prices at this location. The men’s room has 2 sinks. Women’s only has one. Why not swap the extra faucet from the men’s room to the lady’s. Then the one in the men’s room can be repaired when the parts finally come in.

  Everything was good but I bought the meal deal with the double cheeseburger. I wanted to add mayo on it but instead they put tartar sauce on it. I’m not very happy about it but everything tasted good. Also, one of the employees that were there today just looked like they had an attitude and didn’t want to be there.
