New to the area, decided to order from this location, came in 20 minutes after placing an online order, no food on the pick up rack, stood awkwardly at the counter waiting for staff to assist, after a few minutes the employee behind the counter asked what I needed, I said pick up online order. She sighed and said "were making it" rolled up the sandwich and handed it to me, I said it was a combo and the employee said drinks are below the counter and also did not hand me a bag. Meanwhile what seemed to be the employees child was running around the front, brought the food home to find the sandwich was made incorrectly. Pretty bad first impression!
I had an amazing time at this restaurant, especially Ryan, he made me and my little brothers day amazing. If the manager is reading this, you better give Ryan a raise or promotion of some kind because he made our day amazing. Thanks to Ryan.

Every time I eat at Jimmy John's I'm left with a long lingering disappointment. I realize that it's kind of a byproduct of the Year 2026 in corporate chain America where everything is mediocre, quick, and overpriced. Sandwiches are so bland and the bread is so horrible that it makes cardboard look charismatic. Is that harsh? LOL

The last 3 times I have ordered from this location have been absolutely the worst I've ever experienced. You have some how delivered my food to a business not even in your area, then you forgot part of my order and now I set the delivery time at 10:30am for 11:45am and its 12:10pm and my order still hasn't left the store. Now I have to cancel the order. I will never recommend this establishment to anyone even my worst enemy.
