  Employees looked at us like were weren't supposed to be their very un welcoming and rude. Why bother working at Jimmy John's if you have that attitude it was all three employees. It is April 4 2026 at 3:10 pm, ya'll need better employees before this location goes under.

  I have a good experience each time I’ve ever ordered from this location. The app doesn’t always update but they’re fast and my order is very rarely missing something or not right.

  Not only did it take over an hour to be delivered, they forgot the mayo packets I asked for multiple times times on my order. Then it took him another 20 minutes to bring the missing mayo. I work directly across the street not even 2 minutes away.
