  Ryan was not a team player. The employee at the front counter was slammed and she asked Ryan 3 times to assist. He ignored her and passive aggressively refused to step up and help. She kept a great attitude in spite of all this but Ryan vould use some training on what a team player looks like and how to meet the need in real time so that customer service is not jeopardized. I dont know the girls name, but she was a champ; Chipotle should give her a raise!

  The wait is too long I ordered online went to the drive thru and they didn't even have my order started gave me a time of 12:20 and had to wait and then the order was not correct tried to reach out to their customer care and that took forever then they tell me there is nothing they can do and hope my next experience is better Wow don't go to this place that's the worst customer service I have ever had And if you order their new limited chilli lime chips you'll get there plain disgusting ones Save your hard earned money and go somewhere else

  Beware!!!!!!do not go to this Chipotle. They are consistently stingy with their portions, especially when it comes to protein. Even when I ask for more corn, rice, or protein, they charge extra instead of providing a reasonable portion. The bowls here are noticeably smaller than what I’ve received at other Chipotle locations—sometimes it feels like I’m getting nearly a quarter less food. That is simply unacceptable, especially for the price. The customer service is also disappointing. The staff often look like they hate their jobs and barely acknowledge you. I’ve thanked them multiple times and received no response or even a simple smile. Overall, the portions and customer service at this location are far below what I’ve experienced at other Chipotle locations. I definitely won’t be coming back.

  Chipotle Review – Hall Road & Gratiot, Chesterfield, MI I stopped by this Chipotle during a busy lunch rush. There were only about four people in line when I walked in, but I still waited around 15 minutes for my order because the restaurant was very busy. By the time I reached the counter, about eight more people had walked in, so it's definitely a popular location. The restaurant was clean overall. The only thing I noticed was what looked like a spilled soft drink on the side of the counter that hadn't been wiped up yet. The food was excellent. I ordered my usual sofritas tacos, and they were as flavorful as ever. I also tried the new cilantro lime sauce, and it was delicious—I highly recommend giving it a try. All of the toppings for tacos, burritos, and bowls looked fresh and well-stocked. The only item that didn't look as appetizing was the steak, which appeared like it had been sitting out a bit too long and looked slightly dried out. On the other hand, the new Honey Chipotle Chicken looked great from what I saw other customers ordering. I also noticed the new high-protein bowls on the menu, which look like a great addition for anyone looking for a protein-packed meal. Overall, despite the wait during a busy rush, the food quality and friendly service made it a worthwhile visit. Lemonade 🍋 delicious 😋

  This used to be my go-to location, until today. I walk in there’s no line and nobody sitting at tables, only a DoorDash guy that went straight to the pickup line then left. At the counter where the register is there is a group of employees making their new shift schedule. Mind you there are open and available tables for them to do this at, yet they choose the most inconvenient place for their customers to complete this task. I’m left waiting to pay because they’re obstructing the card reader. The woman simply said “sorry” without even looking up from the paper and continued to block the card reader until she was done writing. After she was done writing she walked away but there was still a worker with green hair standing there with his belongings right next to the card reader while he was too busy on his phone to realize I needed to pay. I didn’t feel comfortable using my card because my pin could be compromised with him standing inches away from me with full view of the keypad if I were to type it. The young man who had rung me up simply ignored his coworkers’ unprofessionalism and asked “cash or card?” Well I guess cash, thank goodness I even had cash on me. Once I handed the cash over then the person with the green hair moved. Super unprofessional of the two standing where customers are to pay and of the other two men for not correcting their coworkers. Not only was it extremely unprofessional and uninviting, this is also a serious breach of customers’ financial security.
