  Manger was more interested in watching the game than make sure ticket times aren’t over an hour then when I explained how horrible my service was all he said was okay not even an apology

  The managers at this location are quite ridiculous. We sat down and ordered our drinks and my boyfriend (23) and his brother (35) both order a beer and proceed to show there ID. His brothers fine and my boyfriend has a vertical ID that is legal but they have a process where the manager has to verify - fine, whatever. Manager comes back to the table and proceeded to stare at us and says "I'm gonna start off by saying is there something you want to tell us" we sat there confused and my boyfriend says no confused and she again goes "are you sure" (also to set the tone of this conversation imagine your about to get grounded by your mother) and again he goes no then proceeds to tell us there *card scanner* flagged his ID saying somthing about how there should be a certain about of circles and his card didn't show that. We're all annoyed at this point but she does give him his card back. Our waiter comes back and apologizes but at this point we're annoyed and portrayed that onto her which obviously isn't her fault but she continued to apologize to us and ended up saying that they don't actually have a card scanner and the manager just used a black light. So, she obviously doesn't understand how to check for a fake ID. All in all it was just a frustrating experience. But just to top off the cherry the price on ranch is ridiculous we only asked for one ranch but received 4 and were charged for all 4 of them.

  Come here pretty frequently. Everyone has always been very nice, food comes out quickly most of the time, and the food is pretty good. I recommend the app for the deals they do

  Ordered dinner with salad...didnt get salad...got dressing, but no salad, paid for a salad. The sticker on the bag said let us know if you have any issues BUT they don't tell you HOW to contact them..no number, email. This was a Doordash order BUT the receipt said 2 bags and I got 2 bags, just no salad.
