  The lady that took our order was wonderful. Just the Vanilla shake is kind of like a little too artificial. It’s not really real. It’s not just regular ice cream. It’s kind of weird and we asked for a medium stargazer and they gave me a CHILLER stargazer. I never asked for chiller. tasted completely different and looked completely different than the 7 Brew on Roseville, I think they’ve got some learning to do employees need to clean up a few things, but the atmosphere and the customer service was amazing. Just the product wasn’t good.

  I truly do love 7-Brew. The coffees and energy drinks are good. I’m just a bit disappointed my orders are consistently wrong. I wish they had their drinks labeled with a sticker or something. Asked for an ocean breeze iced and it came frozen. Asked for an iced latte and it came frozen. It’s not a big deal but I think I’m getting someone else’s drink bc there is no label on what it is. Twice orders have been wrong, I just think a better system needs to be in place. Crew is amazing and very sweet.

  I had a smoothie from 7 Brew in Clinton Township, and it was absolutely delicious. The flavor was fresh, smooth and perfectly balanced - not overly sweet, but still packed with great flavor. You can tell they put care into what they make. The service was also friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Definitely a great spot when you're looking for a refreshing drink and something a little different. I'll definitely be coming back to try more of their drinks. I highly recommend giving this place a try!

  Horrible experience. I know they just opened up but I won’t be back for a while. I normally go to the location at 12&gratiot but this is much closer to my house. Went their last night and had decent customer service. They were having iPad issues not a big deal. Finally get my order in and I’m waiting for a long time for my drink. Finally get it and it’s made wrong and was disgusting. Went back for a refund which took forever. First they offered to remake the drink which I accepted and had them do that. Still made wrong and the whole time I was waiting for my drink. The people working inside were talking loudly bout dancing and wanting to “turn up” Extremely unprofessional and the music was so loud I could barely hear the workers. Just a horrible experience.

  Order taker did not know how to scan the order code. I provided payment and no one knew how to process my payment (mastercard) My card was passed around to 6 people. Then the last person tried charging my card almost charged it on the wrong order which was significantly more expensive than mine. I asked for my card back and left without completing the transaction and receiving product. Went somewhere else for a drink. There is so many employees, all just standing around. Customer service has gone downhill. First time there, and last time.
