I wish that I could rate the atmosphere, food, and service of this Taco Bell - but unfortunately I cannot as their food never graced my lips. In the wee hours of the morning, I placed an order for two tacos. My humble DoorDash driver, as valiant as he was, arrived to the location and was told there would be a 20 minute wait. This wait continued, on and on, until I started to be concerned about his wellbeing. I eventually checked in and realized he had been waiting for almost an hour for my two tacos. I was watching his location on the DoorDash app (which will be attached in this review), and eventually sent him a single message to inform him that I’ll be cancelling my order in lieu of some pizza rolls from the nearby 7/11. I fear that in the time I waited for my food I could have raised, slaughtered, and prepared my own meat for the tacos that I was waiting for. Next time I’ll know that if I need something late at night, the bell that’s yearning for me in the distance is nothing but a mirage, tempting me. Thank you, 7/11, for having pizza rolls ready for me at any hour of the night.
In all honesty, I’m actually really disappointed and wish I could’ve had some Taco Bell. This will be a reminder to me in the future that I should either have food ready at home or just go 200 ft down the road and get a Big Buford from Checkers. Big shout out to Ali for waiting almost an hour for my food until I confirmed that DoorDash would compensate him for the wait and also refund me my order cost. As of writing this at 1:21 AM, my pizza rolls have almost arrived and my night is not yet ruined.
Remember this, all ye who read this review, if you order Taco Bell from this location then be prepared to wait a minimum of 1-2 hours for your food. Don’t make the mistake that I made, just get some pizza rolls from your local gas station.
