  This particular Jimmy John's has slipped. The sandwiches are smaller and no longer well made. The bread seems smaller and the toppings are skimpier. The staff is often not attentive. I have had to forgo my rewards because the cashier doesn't ask and rings it up. I didn't have them viid the sale to get my rewards only because there wasva line out tge door. It had happened twice. They have loud discussions about weird things while customers are present. This store is the closest to my house but I will travel a few miles further for a better sandwich and service. The franchise owner email is not online so I could not make my complaint in private, as I would have preferred because this store was better before.

  I'll never be back, ordered a #5 Vito and paid $9.20. The meat was so thin you could see light through it. Unbelievable rip off. Whole sandwich was just full of lettuce, 2 tomatos, one slice of cheese. Apparently ripping off customers is the norm now. Run away from this place, don't waste your money.

  Had a really positive experience at the Jimmy John’s in Clawson. The staff here is amazing—friendly, upbeat, and just great to deal with. I ordered an extra‑large Italian sub to go and didn’t fully realize how huge it was when I ordered it. That thing was massive. I ended up eating it for dinner and then again for lunch the next day, and it was great both times. The restaurant itself was clean, had good vibes, and the employees clearly care about what they’re doing. Awesome food, great service, and solid portions. This place is doing it right. Definitely recommend.

  This place always shuts down early. Placed an order at 8:44PM, arrived at 8:48PM only to be told they were already packing up, and had shutdown the toaster oven and packed up all the food. This is not the first time that this place has been closed early. On several other occasions I have arrive at 8:45PM to locked doors. If you’re going to shutdown at 8:45PM change your operating hours to reflect the operating hours.
