  The new manager couldn't operate a lemonade stand, let alone a restaurant. You are much better off attending any other tropical smoothie in the area. This establishment is a joke since the previous manager left

  Placed an order for over $30. They did not include a straw to drink the smoothie. Small inconvenience?… sure. When it’s your only lunch and the smoothie is too thick to drink any other way.. more annoying. When you call and ask if they could do anything for you- your met with no apology and an attitude…. Now I’m pissed. Learn customer service. And checking your smoothies have a straw should be the minimum effort given by a manager. Not sure one comped smoothie was worth being rude to a local business who orders frequently.

  Tropical smoothie cafe is decent. I love their Bahama Mama smoothie. I get it every time if I want a smoothie. Their food is mid. Nothing I would get out of my way to get. I wish their Thai chicken wrap has more filling and the lettuce is not soggy.

  So much ice I can't even drink it. Why?? I ordered 2 smoothies, 1 with whey, both Bahama mamas. For 8 bucks a smoothie, do better.
