  McDonald’s has good food, I love their chicken nuggets and deluxe chicken sandwich and their coke is nice and crisp every time. One thing I am disappointed by is the drive-thru. There is 2 lane for drive thru. When you pull up you have to wait because another person is being assisted and then they help you. What is the point of having two spots to order when only 1 person is taking the order on both machines by alternating. Which also makes the line even more long. Another thing I don’t like about this location is that I love to order from their app because I can use my points and coupons. When you tell them you are in the spot, it will take them more than 10-15 to get your order. I could go through the drive through 2-3 times to get my food before getting my food from the mobile pick-up parking spot. It is also McDonalds, it is supposed to be fast and quick and most of the meals are made already. It is definitely not fast food anymore.

  The service at this establishment was abyssmal. I came through the drive through a couple weeks ago and the one manager, Byron I think, seemed to be off or something because his treatment of those poor employees was horrible, and on top of that, my cheesburger was plastic-y and overcooked, and the tomatoes taste like the container it came in. I just couldn't believe it.

  Went through the drive thru tonight. There were four cars including mine. Took 20 minutes. With no apology for the wait. Didn't even have a complicated order. It was a happy meal with cheeseburger and one more cheeseburger.
