Seriously, it's highly unprofessional to discuss Google reviews or any customer feedback platforms in front of other customer as if everyone doesn't have the ability to leave a review, it's kinda condescending maybe disrespectful IDK that's my thoughts.

There have been times where I’ve gotten practically stale donuts. The coffee always tastes burnt no matter which roast you get.

The workers are nice and my drinks are always good, but there is always something wrong with the food I order. I just don’t understand how it takes 10 plus minutes for a drink to be made when I’m the only one in line as well. And I worked at a Starbucks before too so I know how it is working fast food and especially just coffee making in general

This Dunkin has run out of tons of stuff and seems to just generally have pretty consistent issues with service speed and having supplies for different drinks and foods. When we went most recently they were out of large cups and strawberry dragonfruit juice. Conner who helped was very very good and worked very hard to make an inconvenient situation good! His is king! Shout out to Connor the man the myth the legend
