  The people couldn't have been nicer! Food is always good.. I know it might be in my head but it always seems fresher up north! Lol

  Okay, we ordered drive through and got two unwiches I got a #4 Tom and my husband got #8 Billy Club . My #4 was $8.99 and all I got was lettuce thin tomato and ONE slice of folded lunch meat. That's it thank goodness we asked for mustardpackets! Same with the #4 one slice of lunch meat. I have a picture of my #4. Im sorry but $9 for lettuce and one slice of lunch meat is OUTRAGEOUS!!!

  Ordered 2 sandwiches and 1 drink. Got charged for 2 sandwiches, 1 drink and a $2.30 cookie. Received 2 completely wrong sandwiches 1 drink and zero cookie. We Called and spoke to the manager. She had no professional response or tone… like at all. I even had to ask her for her name. Not worth the drive back there to get it fixed. Just so disappointed. $23 wasted. We will never go back. Not to that one, anyway. Too bad. I really love Jimmy John’s in every other town I’ve been to. The standards around here are just so very low. It is truly heartbreaking.

  These people clearly don't understand how to run a restaurant, I like jimmy John's but when I get it from the clare location, the meat tastes like it was left out and the produce was obviously old , it's not a one time thing either I've gone there 4 times and every time it was awful . They genuinely have no idea what they are doing and are clearly lacking in food safety
