The hostess barely acknowledged us standing waiting to be seated, the waitress wasn't terribly friendly, however, the food was very good

Delicious food, great service and the atmosphere. Our party had a variety of food, all delicious. The wet burrito has a chili topping, which hubby didnt love. We also had two desserts, apple pie and carrot cake, both were excellent.

Nick, knack, patty whack, give a dog a bone this place hits home! Request patty, if she's on the floor she's killing it! I would post a picture of the food, but i devoured all of it.

Food: so far, every item I've tried has been tasty and came to the table nice and hot. Their menu is a mix of bar classics with some more substantial meals. Service: let me be clear, out waitress was amazing. Quick to get our orders and refills but she was let down circumstances outside of her control. The late lunch time I was there, she was one of 2 working the tables and both of the hustled. No fault on them. Also, it seems like a few from the back of the house jumped up to help. Not sure if folks called in sick, not enough scheduled or they just got a massive rush. It was a mostly packed place for a Tuesday at 1pm. The letdown for me was someone who looks like a manager. They had on a collared shirt with Sugarbush on it. They spent their time chatting with customers while the rest of the staff was running at full steam. No reason why they couldn't have jumped in to run food, get refills, etc. As long as they are staffed properly, it's a good place to eat.

Had an early dinner there tonight...ordered lobster bisque soup as appetizer, took forever (was told they had to warm some up). The soup was lukewarm at best, lobster pieces were chewy and smelled fishy. I sent it back after 1 bite. Then ordered cognac steak bites dinner. The green beans were cold, the mashed potatoes were ice cold on the bottom and steak bites were lukewarm. I did ask them to take it back and rewarm it. It came back hot, but got cold very quickly. I wasn't impressed all. My first and last time there.
