- AAAngelaJul 21, 20261.0I'm honestly so disgusted with this experience. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a caramel macchiato with oat milk and 10 Munchkins. As the employee was handing me my order, I noticed he was handling the food in a strange way. At first, I didn't think much of it because I was also distracted by the fact that my drink wasn't made correctly. When I looked more closely, I realized the employee had an open wounds on his left hand. It appeared he was trying to hide it while handing me my order, and he wasn't wearing gloves. That immediately made me uncomfortable, especially since he was handling food. I had to get my son to an appointment, but afterward I went back to the store to request a refund which I got. The guy was apologetic and he said “now I’m wearing gloves.” But no bandaids were on his wounds under the gloves.. I also contacted the health department because I felt this was a serious food safety concern.
