They were not busy, we were the only people in the drive thru and the parking lot was empty. I ordered 2 caramel frozen coffees and 2 snackin bacon. The caramel coffees only taste like the drizzle on top, not actually caramel syrup flavoring. The bacon is burnt, half full, and little to no seasoning. This is the second unsatisfying visit I have had at this location and I will not be back.

The employee who prepared and handled my food had visible open cuts and lesions on their hands. There were no gloves or proper protection, which is completely unacceptable and a serious violation of basic food safety standards. When I addressed the issue, the employee was rude, unapologetic, and dismissive. There was absolutely no regard for customer safety, sanitation, or professionalism. This wasn’t just poor customer service—it was a public health concern. I will not be returning to this location, and I strongly urge management to retrain staff on proper food handling practices and customer service immediately. This kind of negligence should never happen.
