Had to get a refund and pick a cake we did not want from their freezer. This is the second baskin robins we have dealt with in the past month and both of them messed up birthday cake orders. I believe this franchise has lost it completely, or at the very least the stores in this area are awful. Avoid this place. It would be one thing if they just didn't have my cake, that's not a huge deal, but trying to give us someone else's order which would ruin a child's birthday is appalling. The employees here are awful. Do not give them your money or work with these clowns.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
