  Miss Melissa, the manager, there is amazing. She took extra time to make sure not only was the situation taken care of, but above and beyond. I don’t need to go into details as it was personal, but I just wanna give a special thank you to her and say how wonderful the food was today and thank you again for just being a kind human. Sometimes people just need someone to listen to them for a minute. I may have overreacted she accepted my apology. Everything was resolved, and I felt respected and appreciated as a customer. Thank you for just treating me like a person. I will be back it just for the customer service. Riley loved the extra roast beef. Just don’t tell his vet!!

  I usually love this location and usually have great food and service. Today the girl at the window was not friendly and my cheese sticks were disgusting, soggy and one didn't even have cheese. The picture is of soggy breading and hard cheese.

  I went through the drive-thru today and had an excellent experience thanks to Devante. He was kind, articulate, professional and quick. He was extremely friendly and made sure I had extra napkins and sauces. I will 100% recommend this location and hope Arby's recognizes Devante as an asset!

  Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at any fast food chain. I tried to order food around 5-6pm, the usual dinner time. The employees seem so lost in their phones they didn’t seem to notice me standing there for 5 minutes. Once I finally got one of their attention, a young boy claiming he’s the manager and a bigger gentleman tell me I am not able to get any fried products because they didn’t want to drop it fresh for me. I could see the employees picking in the old fried foods and I just wanted fresh mozzarella sticks that weren’t touched by a bare strangers hand. When I asked why I couldn’t get fresh food, the 3 employees that were in sight all hid to the back ignoring me asking to order food. This is just absolutely unacceptable seems like the employees don’t even want to do their jobs. I didn’t even get to try the food but it was probably for the best because judging from the lobby I wouldn’t want to eat anything that comes from that kitchen. Hope this place can get itself together and find people who actually want to work because used to be my favorite Arbys.
