  Extremely short staffed, its fair week and they were getting their butts handed to them. Everyone seemed to maintain positivity with the chaos that was out of their control. People need to remember majority of thee people are young and at the end of the day, its just food. No reason to be a jerk to the workers. They can't magically make the out of stock food appear for you. If you don't like it...eat at home.

  I apparently committed the unforgivable crime of spending too long at the speaker while changing the location for my mobile order. The employee made it very clear that my presence was interfering with their drive-thru metrics, which was a fascinating customer-service strategy. I didn’t realize ordering food had become a timed athletic event. I understand that restaurants are under pressure to keep lines moving, but customers should not feel rushed or scolded for taking an extra moment to place an order. If the goal is to improve numbers on a report rather than provide a pleasant experience, then congratulations—the metrics may survive, but the customer experience certainly won’t. The attitude was not worth the trip. The customer experience, felt like I was being personally blamed for a spreadsheet.
