  Went into the location Saturday 6-9-26 at 6:20pm food was full in the case except fries. Said they shut the grill down like 5:30 or so for the night wasnt happy. You need to change online hours of operation because they are wrong says every day 11am to 12am except Tuesday. With the cost of gas I was not happy at all. Drove from saginaw like 15 miles to eat. I recently just started going there someone told me about the place. They're adding one on m52 and Swan creek hopefully soon. I decided to call today at like 5:40pm was told they don't cook or are open on Sundays I asked about last night not having fries was told they close at 7pm im thinking we'll it don't say that online. Glad I didn't drive to eat. Shocked they close at 7pm on a Saturday night. Would appreciate you changing your online hours and make them accurate. Usually go on Friday to get food but wasn't home. I'm sure the building is open til 12am but when you type in Krispy crunchy chicken that's where i read the hours. I don't appreciate wasting gas to find out can't eat. They shut off the frier at 5:30 to 5:45 according to person who answered the phone. That's over an hour before she said they close (7pm) so technically your not open to buy food after like 6. Very very unhappy I've been a regular Friday night take out customer. May have to find another place to eat. Unfortunate

  5/23/25. We stopped for a late meal 7pm and there's nothing available and no one around if I wanted to order food. Its a place a wouldn't return to.

  So good. My first time feeding the family from here. We ordered 12 piece chicken and 12 piece tenders that came with wedges and biscuits. We loved to Cajun seasoning, however one person in the family thought it was too spicy(but she thinks catsup is spicy) Chicken was tender and moist. We will be back for sure. Thanks for the good meal.

  Prime dinner time at five pm. The hot box at the counter was full so thought the food would be fresh. Ordered a 12 piece tender with two sides and biscuits. The chicken was cold and dry, the jambalaya was a scoop of mush in the container, and the biscuits might as well of been sawdust, they were hard and crispy the whole way through them. This used to be our go to for chicken when they opened but the quality has went down so much I think I'll be finding somewhere else to go. On a brighter note, the fries weren't the best but tolerable.
