  My boyfriend ordered our dinner through the app and sat for over 15 minutes in the mobile pickup spot after checking in. Since no one came out to us he went inside to get our order. They said no one checked in even though we did you think someone would have thought it weird a vehicle sitting in the mobile order spots with a mobile order sitting for pickup. Of course now our food is extremely cold and nasty. I get cheboygan is a bit chaotic at the moment but McDonald's is above all flood zones so no real excuses.

  I don’t know if this is in April fools joke or if y’all have an actual demon working in there, but my whole family got food poisoning terribly. Y’all got a fire them or get it together

  Order an online order had to not only wait 10 mins for them to even find the order and wait even longer on food. Also the woman working front counter/Drive through is very rude and needs to be let go. I have never been treated so poorly because of there mistakes.

  Everything is great. I ordered doordash The only thing that’s missing is my sweet-and-sour sauce that I literally paid for and there’s nothing I hope they see this review soon sooner than later so that they can do better with their sauces
