    We were on vacation in Cheboygan. We went through the drive-thru at Arby's. The girl working the window was super polite! Food was good.

    The service was very slow. Usually love Arby's but they were definitely not firing on all cylinders tonight.

    Love this Arby’s, they are always super nice and foods always fresh and tasty but I paid for two 5 piece jalapeño bites and only got one 8 piece size but still only received 7 bites instead of the 10 that I paid for

    Went thru the drive thru. First car in line - waited at least 5 minutes to order. Pulled up. Two customers ahead of me. Waited 20-25 minutes for orders. Employee was apologetic and nice - upgraded me from medium to large fry due to extensive wait. When I got to my destination and opened the bag, I found my order. French Dip sandwich and fries. BUT THERE WAS NO DIP! So after the overly long wait - the order wasn’t even correct.
