  Typical Arby's food made right. The place had cute Halloween decorations. I liked that both restrooms were unisex. More user-friendly for caregivers helping an opposite-gender person. I could bring my 89 yr old dad here if he ever wanted to come. The only thing I didn't like was parallel parking.

  Its your typical fast food place. Nothing wrong with it but also nothing amazing either. Edible food. Usually quick service. Etc

  This is the only Arby’s That apparently I have to have correct change or credit card. I got to the Window to get my food and I don’t have a credit card and I didn’t have correct change. I was very disappointed and drove off. I will never go to that Arby’s again.

  Just had two of the worst sandwiches ever from the Charlotte Arby’s. Cold dry and inedible. Purchased at about 850pm 8/14/26

  I stopped in the drive thru while traveling home for the weekend and had an issue with my order. When I called back after getting home, I gave them a call and we're working it out. I'm thankful that they answered the phone and that they are helping me despite not being local. Thank you, Arby's Charlotte!
