came here on vacation and decided to check out the classic Pizza Hut. They did not disappoint! So nostalgic and the pizza was so good!! I’m usually very picky when it comes to pizza.. so 10/10! The cook and waitress were both so nice and attentive!!

Honestly, I don’t understand why my family continues to patronize this Pizza Hut. The pizza is subpar at best, especially compared to B.C. Pizza. It’s usually overloaded with sauce, has a cardboard-like crust, and honestly tastes more like a frozen pizza than something freshly made. I called today, on Labor Day, simply to confirm their hours before we went through the trouble of ordering. A lot of other restaurants in town have said they were open and then ended up being closed, so I just wanted to double-check. The woman who answered told me they were open their normal business hours, but the way she spoke to me was incredibly rude and snappy. She talked to me like I was stupid for asking a simple question when I was only trying to make sure we could actually get our food before placing an order. I understand that working a holiday isn’t fun. I used to work in a restaurant myself and had to work plenty of holidays, but I was never allowed to use that as an excuse to treat customers poorly—and I wouldn’t have anyway. Between the mediocre pizza and the rude customer service, this is exactly why I prefer B.C. Pizza. Unfortunately, cheap pizza isn’t worth dealing with staff who make customers feel like an inconvenience for simply asking a reasonable question.

Drove a few extra miles to visit this Pizza Hut CLASSIC. Big Mistake! Despite a large banner declaring, "Dining Room Open", they do not employ servers so the dining room is only open to enjoy your takeout order from a box and to-go beverages in Styrofoam cups.
